Employee Comment
For the first time in my working life, I feel like I belong. I feel like everyone works towards the common goal of what's in students' best interests, rather than people out to get each other. I sometimes make mistakes and I'm able to own them without fear, so that they can be quickly resolved. I feel empowered to do my job independently.
