Russell Sage College is a great place to work because of the shared commitment to creating educational opportunities and success for students. People's jobs run the institutional gamut, but they all serve the goal of furthering educational access and helping students achieve their goals. The same small, caring atmosphere that attracts students makes employees feel their work is fulfilling and that they are part of a community where people know and respect each other.
