NFC is a great place to work because our small, intimate environment and supportive culture of teamwork and respect create an institution where every employee is able to make a productive contribution to our mission and goals. Our college is a family in the truest sense of the word, and every member of that family has an opportunity to strengthen the whole, and to expect to be supported and nurtured in return.

This institution is full of people that are eager and willing to breathe life into our students' experiences. Both in the educational and recreational aspects, this institution is attempting to become bigger and better for our students and those that live in the surrounding community. Employees are given the opportunity to make suggestions as to how to change our institution for the better, and then are subsequently allowed to follow through by their supervisors and surrouding departments. Every idea is considered.
