What makes your college a great place to work?
Employee Comment
While I always have believed that our faculty, administrators and staff, and our organizational culture have made the Mount a great place to work, it is rewarding to see that our employees agree with this assessment. As the great Vince Lombardi once said, "Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work." And that's also what makes the Mount work!
President's Statement
There is a genuine sense of camaraderie throughout the institution. In both my individual department and outside my department, I feel welcomed and included on a daily basis. The majority of staff and faculty are always very helpful and kind.
