What makes your college a great place to work?
Presidential Statement
Having served eight months as the president of Rappahannock Community College, I can honestly say that I have never worked at a college with such a family atmosphere. The faculty and staff care about our students and each other. An example of this caring culture is the creation of food pantries by faculty and staff volunteers at all of our locations. Our faculty and staff truly want to make the college a better place.
Employee Comment
The professional and friendly environment of this institution is very special. Communication with upper administration is always welcome. There is an over all feeling of "this is a great place to work".
