We call ourselves a fRAMily (our mascot is a ram). When you work here, you can feel the commitment to being part of a community that is focused on offering extraordinary education as a tool for creating greater social equity. You see it in the way we treat each other; in the way we teach; in the way we serve our students, and in the way we work to be ever better as an organization.

I appreciate that this institution is always reflective on current practices and policies in order to enhance them and provide better for students, faculty and staff. I appreciate the flexibility of having telework opportunities. I also appreciate the support that is received by all upper management that I (at least) have had the opportunity to work with. This is a welcoming institution and I feel lucky to be employed here.
