Our mission, students, employees, and community partners make Clarkson College a great place to work. We are an institution that values not only high academic standards and program accreditation, but most importantly we have a supportive and collegial environment with a positive culture. We are student centered and exemplify our values of learning, caring, commitment, excellence, and integrity and have not forgotten that we were founded on commitment to serving others over 135 years ago.

The people that work at Clarkson College are outstanding. Collaboration between departments is fantastic and people support each other. I feel like Clarkson College is a positive environment and senior leadership is open and supportive of new ideas. I am asked my opinion about important matters and I feel like I matter. Fostering this type of working environment only benefits our students.
