I appreciate my supervisor and the space he gives me to do my job effectively. There is also a strong sense of family and belonging that makes you feel like you are really making an impact. I have been given the flexibility to deal with family and health issues over the last few years and not feel guilty or like I am doing something wrong by taking time for my personal life and health.
