What makes your college a great place to work?
Employee Comment
The institution has a good salary and benefits package, as well as a degree of security afforded by a healthy enrollment. I appreciate the efforts the senior administration has made to reach out to the local community and strengthen the university's profile within the community. I enjoy working with the diversity of students we have. I also appreciate the professional development opportunities, both the standard amount in the university budget and the additional opportunities such as the McElree funds.
