I most appreciate the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that starts at the top with the President and VPs. I've noticed that the VPs make a point to learn my name and always acknowledge me. There is good cooperation throughout the college. There is excellent communication. There are frequent campus wide "assemblies" to keep all informed. All are encouraged to participate in campus governance. There is never a doubt of the importance of our mission and our students.
