What makes your college a great place to work?
Employee Comment
I have a great group of people I work with, I can trust them completely and we work toward expressing and living the values of TTUHSC. I work hard, but I am very supported by my Chair and not micromanaged. I have a lot of say in what happens in my program and I appreciate that I am trusted to make critical decisions for my team. I love working with my team!
President's Statement
Three things contribute to TTUHSC being a great place to work. 1. All team members have the opportunity to thrive in a values-based culture they created. We ensure the culture is sustainable by having five collaborative and cross-functional values teams integrate our desired behaviors into our daily activities. 2. We thrive on input from team members to accomplish our strategic plan through five critical councils. 3. We create multiple ways for active and transparent communication.
