What makes your college a great place to work?
Employee Comment
I most appreciate the community culture and work schedule flexibility. There is true work/life balance. I also appreciate SU's response to COVID both as an employer and community partner with the vaccination clinic.
President's Statement
We celebrate accomplishments, encourage health and wellness, and provide support when it's needed. We see Shenandoah as a community, and as such, provide the resources its members need to succeed. We maintained full employment, with no RIFs, furloughs or salary cuts throughout the pandemic. Plus, Shenandoah University even gave salary increases. And, in recognition of how exhausting this year has been, we are giving all staff a paid sabbatical this summer.
